Finally, A Real Beach Day!

We drove to H*mmonasset Beach State Park on the C*nnecticut coast on Monday and finally made good on our promise to take Sarah to the ocean on a warm day.  She loved it, of course.  The water was cold, but that didn't stop her from repeatedly lying in the sand and rinsing off.  The only thing missing was waves -- it was curiously calm (maybe it's always that way on L*ng Island Sound).  Next time, warm weather and waves!
