Swedish Sausage Day! Sarah and I took advantage of bad weather and school vacation yesterday to make a big batch of Swedish sausage. This bland "potato sausage" has been a tradition in my family for generations. We keep the tradition alive when the freezer runs bare of links, about every other year. Sarah even rinsed the hog casings this time! Making is fun - clean-up not so much.
