Princess Party!

Yesterday was Sarah's first friend birthday party.  It was a princess party, so she dressed accordingly.  She had a good time, although she isn't one for party games (no way was she going to put on a blindfold for "Pin the Star on the Wand"). 

The highlight of the afternoon was a visit from the birthday girl's fairy godmother (her real godmother decked out in a '90s wedding gown and lots of glitter).  Sarah was fascinated.  My proud moment came when the fairy godmother asked the girls what they wanted to be when they grew up and Sarah answered "a construction worker."  That's my princess!
